American Airlines is the preferred airline of choice in the United States, even though they don’t always have the greatest service. However, what they do best makes up for the other areas that they may lack. AA has always been recognized for their incredible WiFi system, and while that may seem minimal when discussing an entire airline, having a fast and efficient WiFi connection allows time to go faster, flight schedules to be updated and notified to passengers quicker, and passengers are able to enjoy on-demand content. Passengers are also able to access their social media with AA’s WiFi, and even call through Facebook’s messaging app.
Otherwise, American Airlines have also been known for their incredible business lounge. Without the possibility of fast and free internet, these business lounges wouldn’t be as impressive.
Delta Is Known For Getting Passengers To Their Destinations On Time (And Has The Most Awards)
Hallelujah! There’s one thing that every traveler absolutely adores and that’s flights that leave and arrive on time, almost every time. And, for sure we know that the customer service agents also appreciate an airline that respects their flight schedules so they are not bombarded with unhappy customers looking for refunds or free future airfare vouchers.

Delta has aced this area so well that they’ve actually received multiple awards for their on-time domestic and international flights. Delta is also known for its entertainment system, the pillows and blankets in first class, and that each first-class seat has bottled water waiting for them. Delta Airlines is also known for having employees who are always thankful for new and returning passengers, whereas other airlines treat their passengers as a simple inconvenience. Travelers have been known for using Delta Airlines for these simple facts.
Southwest Airlines Has The Most Incredible Crew
Southwest Airlines have been known for having a laid back service and friendly employees who always go above and beyond for their passengers whether it’s in the airports or in the air. Oftentimes, there are encouraging and uplifting articles that share viral videos. Flight attendants have been filmed in overhead compartments or having fun with the security announcements.
What makes Southwest employees so happy is the overall work environment with Southwest. The staff working for Southwest, including customer service agents, flight attendants, and pilots are known to make a slightly higher salary than their comparison working for other airlines. Additionally, Southwest also offers two checked-in bags for free and self-check in’s upon arriving at the airport. For a rather new airline company, it’s no surprise that passengers are looking to reserve with Southwest Airlines.
