Disneyland Park is over 60 years old and with brand new attractions opening like Star Wars: Galaxy Edge and the upcoming Avenger's Campus based on the Marvel movies, it won't be surprising to see some of the park's older attraction's replaced or start disappearing altogether.

By the year 2030, some of Disneyland's earliest rides might be getting the ax. The park appears to be replacing rides from classic movies like Snow White, A Bug's Life and Pinocchio with more current and recent Disney films so kids today can better relate to their attractions.

Here are 20 things we won't see again at Disneyland by the year 2030, so you might want to make a trip to the beloved park before some of these rides are gone forever.

20 A Bug's Land Gets Replaced By Avengers Campus

Older fans might adore the 1998 movie A Bug's Life and the rides at Disney World that are based on the film like A Bug's Land, but it might not attract younger kids who probably haven't heard of the movie about an ant named Flik. The area has actually been closed since 2018 with a Marvel-themed land taking its place.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs was Disney's earliest animated feature film when it was released back in 1937. Disneyland created Snow White's Scary Adventures in 1955 and it's one of a few remaining operational attractions that has been there since the park's opening day. While the ride is currently under construction, not many kids will relate to this one.

18 Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage Isn't Futuristic

According to the Los Angeles Times, the ride Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage is due to close anytime now. Based on the movie, Finding Nemo, the ride is one of two of the least futuristic rides in Tomorrowland (the other is Autopia) and could be getting the ax.

17 Mr. Toad's Wild Ride Looks Outdated

Mr. Toad's Wild Ride can only be found in Disneyland, with Disney World removing its version in 1998. It is a dark ride that is also one of the few remaining attractions that were opened on the park's opening day in 1955. The statue of Mr. Toad upon entering may appear outdated to some and kids might find the ride too scary.

16 Enchanted Tiki Room Is Too Old Fashioned

The Enchanted Tiki Room is located in Adventureland and has been running for over 60 years. If audio-animatronic birds are your thing, then this attraction is for you. However, even though it may be a favorite among some people, the attraction is old fashioned and the show seems very dated.

15 Attendance Is Falling For Great Moments With Mr. Lincoln

Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln was one of Disney's first attempts at audio-animatronics and has been around since 1965. Watching former president Abraham Lincoln come to life is a great attraction for history buffs, but it isn't bringing in a younger crowd that just cares about super fast rides and futuristic attractions.

14 Indiana Jones Adventure Sees Regular Breakdowns

The Indiana Jones franchise was a huge success., so it only made sense to create a thrilling attraction that showcases the popular action films. Indiana Jones Adventure opened in 1995 in Disneyland, but it's starting to showcase wear and tear. LA Times notes that the ride has regular breakdowns and can likely be closed due to its technical difficulties.

13 Paddling Doesn't Seem Too Exciting On Davy Crockett's Explorer Canoes

Davy Crockett's Explorer Canoes attraction is good for the whole family and you get to paddle around the Rivers of America. However, with new technologies, visual effects and better futuristic rides and attractions, paddling a canoe doesn't seem like much fun, especially with Star Wars: Galaxy Edge opening and Avengers Campus coming this summer.

12 Peter Pan's Flight Could Be Replaced By A More Recent Disney Favorite

Like Snow White's Scary Adventures and Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, Peter Pan's Flight is another attraction that has been around since Disneyland's opening day. While the attraction still remains a favorite, there are constantly long lines here and it won't be long until it changes into one of Disney's more recent films like Frozen.

11 Storybook Land Canal Rides Is Trapped In Time

Storybook Land Canal Rides seems very outdated compared to the new attractions that are being built in Disneyland. Reviews recommend going on it once just to go through Monstro the Whale's mouth and nothing more. It's a slow ride compared to all the other fun adventures that await visitors.

10 Pinocchio's Daring Journey Is Just Average

Travel and Leisure describes Pinocchio's Daring Journey as "deeply average" compared to all the other attractions at Disneyland. While some scenes may be too scary for smaller children, like an evil laugh and a dark carnival, it's also a little boring for adults. Like Peter Pan's Flight, this attraction too might be turned into a scene from a film that's much more recent.

9 Casey Jr. Circus Train

Casey Jr. Circus Train takes passengers along a tiny countryside with famous sites from different Disney films. The ride features many of the same sites as Storybook Land Canal Boats, but from a higher vantage point. The ride is more exciting for younger children and the only thing really worth seeing is the tiny train itself.

8 Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters Won't Be Here By 2030

Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters is located in Tomorrowland, and like other older Disney movie-themed attractions, it might just not make it to 2030. Many Yelp reviews give this attraction a great rating, where guests need to bring down Evil Emperor Zurg, but with plenty of new attractions coming, this one may face the chopping block.

7 Stitch's Great Escape Gets Replaced By Wreck-It-Ralph

Stitch's Great Escape has actually been removed from the Magic Kingdom with rumors that it was being replaced by a Wreck-It-Ralph attraction. Fans of the Disney movie Lilo and Stitch were shocked when photos of a Stitch animatronic surfaced on the web that showed the character broken down.

6 Disneyland Monorail Is Not The Fastest Option To Get Around

The Disney monorail may be efficient, but reviews from guests who have used it have complained about missing shows because of delays. The monorail isn't fast and is a bit outdated with other visitors even saying that the monorail is dirty and unclean.

5 Captain EO Is A Waste Of Time For People Who Aren't Michael Jackson Fans

Captain EO has already said its goodbye at Disney World and that might be because if you aren't a Michael Jackson fan, waiting in a long line to watch a 17-minute show about the King of Pop seems like a waste of time. People would rather watch something more interactive or go on a fun ride than watch a long show.

4 Tom Sawyer Island Is Quiet And Not As Fun

Tom Sawyer Island is a walk through attraction that is more relaxing than other attractions in the park. If you want some downtime, you might want to consider this attraction because you explore at your own pace, but there really isn't much to offer here compared to the other fun and thrilling attractions.

3 Tarzan's Treehouse Is A Workout

According to one Yelp reviewer, Tarzan's Treehouse would be a good attraction to skip and isn't particularly wonderful with its rope bridges the only thing that is really enjoyable. This is a walking attraction that is almost a workout compared to other walking activities in Disney, so if you are looking to walk even more than you already are around the park, then visit this attraction.

2 Astro Orbiter Isn't Loved As Much As Dumbo's Flying Elephants

Astro Orbiter is easily comparable to the famous Dumbo ride, except that it isn't as beloved by visitors as much. One Trip Advisor review read that the ride spins too fast and controls didn't even work, showing this ride's age. Guests may want to rethink going on it. Instead of updating it, we can see this ride getting replaced.

1 Seven Dwarfs Mine Train

The Seven Dwarf's Mine Train is a roller coaster that might not live to see 2030 because it is based on Disney's first-ever film, Snow White. With so many new movies like Tangled and Frozen, it won't be surprising to see this ride disappear or replaced with something more current.
