Frequent travelers may notice that each TSA experience is different than others. When you're a member of the TSA, there are restrictions agents have to live by. If they're passionate about certain topics, they may have to support those groups in private.

According to the TSA handbook, partaking in workplace relationships is highly discouraged. Not only does the handbook call it "inappropriate" but it may go against the Standards of Ethical Conduct for Employees of the Executive Branch. If a relationship does begin, they have to tell their superior for the correct measures to take.

When you work for the TSA, you must be committed to the goal. Any other job that conflicts with showing up to work on time or the unique scheduling the TSA holds has to be dropped.
