According to The LA Times, this was Selena Gomez's starter home when she first moved out of her parents' house. A few years ago, Selena listed the Tarzana, California house for $3.495 million. The neo-traditional home rests on a flat acre of land behind gates. It may be more modest than her Calabasas and Forth Worth homes, but it's certainly not a "starter home."
