Hostels In Venice Are A Great Way To Save Money

Thanks to excellent trains, it is super easy to get from Venezia Mestre to the classic island of Venice. It is only a 10-minute train ride and only costs around $1.40 one way.

It is worth planning and booking in advance. Come in the low season and a dorm bed can be as cheap as 15 Euros or $16.00 per night. One can't say it has the best location because it is not on the island of Venice with the many canals. Instead, it is on the mainland in a fairly regular part of the city. But where its location is excellent is that it is just across from the main train station with constant trains running directly into historic Venice.
