Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is back and will be taking over the Magic Kingdom on select nights through Nov. 1. This spooky Disney World bash requires a special ticket, but giving you the opportunity to trick-or-treat, watch specially themed entertainment, and meet rare characters, it's totally worth it.

The Magic Kingdom lets guests interact with characters including Peter Pan, Gaston, and Cinderella on a normal day. However, during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, all sorts of special characters come out to greet guests. We're here to take a look at which of these rare characters are the best.

It's worth noting that while there's no guarantee the same lineup will be appearing at the party in coming years, many of them will be showing up again in the future. With that said, it's time to celebrate the season; Here are the uncommon characters you should meet at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

10 10. Elvis Stitch

This rock ’n’ roll version of Stitch has returned to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party for yet another year. While the titular alien from Lilo & Stitch has been sited throughout the year at Disney Parks, you can meet him in his Elvis costume only during this specially ticketed event.

He can be found in Tomorrowland at the site of the Stitch’s Great Escape! attraction. Unfortunately, he won't be bringing Lilo along.

9 9. Lots-o’-Huggin’ Bear

Like Stitch, Toy Story 3’s plush villain can also be tracked down in Tomorrowland during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. While he used to be a stationed character at Hollywood Studios around the time the third film in the franchise released, he now only makes appearances at special events.

During the Halloween party, he can be tracked down outside of the Carousel of Progress. Give him a hug for us.

8 8. Moana

Though Moana is one of Disney’s newer characters, she is still challenging to find in the parks. She used to be stationed at One Man’s Dream in Hollywood Studios around the time of her film’s release. More recently, she’s made appearances at Mickey’s Very Mery Christmas Party and Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

Because there’s no guarantee she’ll be at the next holiday shindig, it’s a smart idea to meet her during this year’s fall festivities. She can be tracked down in Adventureland.

7 7. The Seven Dwarfs

Yes, you can meet all seven dwarfs at once. However, the only time to do this is during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. They’re known to make a yearly appearance at the event, which is great because when else can you meet so many characters at once?

These guys are stationed in Storybook Circus, which is part of the New Fantasyland. Just walk north-east from the castle, and you’re sure to bump into them.

6 6. Pooh, Eeyore, Tigger, And Piglet

The Winnie the Pooh gang greets partygoers outside The Many Adventures of Winnie The Pooh ride. While Pooh is easy to meet year-round, and Eeyore, Tigger, and Piglet can also be spotted at character breakfasts and occasionally around the parks, this is the one time of year you can meet them all together. It’s also worth noting that they are in costume.

Tigger’s dressed like a pirate, Eeyore is a clown, Pooh is a honeybee, and Piglet is a butterfly. It’s too cute to miss.

5 5. Jack And Sally

No Halloween bash would be complete without Jack and Sally. The skeleton and ragdoll from The Nightmare Before Christmas can be met just inside the entrance of the park on the east side of Main Street U.S.A.

These two are loads of fun, and they’re located right next to Mickey Mouse. This means you won’t have to travel far for another classic meet-and-greet experience.

4 4. Queen of Hearts, Tweedle Dee, And Tweedle Dum

The jolly over-sized brothers from Alice and Wonderland can be met near the Mad Tea Party attraction. Greeting guests with them is the royal (and terrifying) Queen of Hearts.

While you can also meet Alice and the Mad Hatter at a separate location nearby, this bunch is better to hit first since they can’t be met during a normal day at the park.

3 3. Ariel and Prince Eric

While Ariel is super easy to meet in the Magic Kingdom, finding her with Eric takes a little more work. The only place he is known to meet at Disney World outside of parties is during the Bon Voyage Adventure Breakfasts at the Trattoria al Forno located in Disney’s Boardwalk. Of course, dining here will also set you back $34 for adults and $20 for kids.

If you’d rather not schedule a separate morning meal just to meet Eric, it’s best you meet him and Ariel together at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. You can catch them in their super nifty royal attire near The Little Mermaid ~ Ariel's Undersea Adventure in Fantasyland.

2 2. Brer Fox and Brer Rabbit

Brer Fox has been randomly spotted at the Animal Kingdom and Epcot, while Brer Rabbit has been caught in Frontierland. These days, sightings of these two Song of the South characters are incredibly rare.

However, they’ll be roaming Frontierland during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. This will probably be your only chance to spot them this year as during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, it’s likely the Country Bears will instead be walking the area.

1 1. Grave Diggers

These specially themed Halloween characters can be met to the west of the castle, close to but not quite in Liberty Square. You’ll probably recognize them from the Boo-To-You Parade.

These spooky characters were so popular, Disney decided to give them their own meet-and-greet. While they have been spotted at runDisney events in the past, the most reliable way to meet these guys is during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween party. There isn’t the slightest chance you’ll bump into them on a normal day.

Finally, don't forget that there are even more characters at the party than we had time to mention. Anastasia and Drizella, Cruella de Vil, Alladin and Abu, Jasmine and Genie, and even Jack Sparrow are celebrating Halloween as well.
