It seems unusual that Kristen Bell would find many things to be weird, having made her mark in the neo-noir adolescent drama Veronica Mars, dealing with sleazy business types in House of Lies and adding to the bloodlust of two movies in the Scream franchise.

But when it came to meeting her counterpart from the latest Frozen outing, she admitted the experience to be bizarre.

3 Live Equivalent

Bell, who made the comment on The Kelly Clarkson Show on Tuesday, was commenting more on how her live equivalent at Disneyland had to stay in character for several hours every day they punch the clock to don the wardrobe and romp around the theme park. The actress who voiced her character for the animated motion picture found the woman portraying Anna incredibly locked into her role, something that both impressed and distressed the film and television star.

"But the one thing that's weird is that when you talk to them, you've probably experienced this, they can't break," she quipped. "And I'm like, all I want to do is go, 'Blink twice if you need to be rescued!' Because this is crazy!"

2 Famous Mom

The oddity seemed to be lost on Bell's daughters, Lincoln and Delta, who seemed to be unfazed about meeting a woman playing a part originally voiced by their famous mom. That said, the children she has with husband Dax Shepard aren't exactly over the moon about the Frozen flicks, especially since Bell plays one of the better-known protagonists in the two movies released so far.

"They're not obsessed with it because I believe it's in your DNA to reject your parents in order to assimilate to an outside tribe," she added. "With everything my mom was into, I was like, 'Urgh, gross!'"

1 High School Drama

Bell made an appearance on the talk show to promote Encore, a reality series in which she finds people who took high school drama years ago and reunites them for one final performance. Clarkson, however, had a surprise of her own for the 39-year-old actress when she trotted out the star's former high school drama teacher and an old chum who was her choir comrade from her adolescent days.
