Bellagio is one of the luxury hotel and casino giants that so characterize Las Vegas. This opulent luxury resort enjoys a prime location on the Las Vegas Strip and is inspired by the Lake Como town of Bellagio in Italy. It has a massive 8 acre or 3.2 ha lake between the Strip and the building. Here crowds gather to watch the iconic and large dancing water fountain synchronized to music.

The casino is based on the stunning Bellagio in northern Italy near the Swiss border nestled on Lake Como. It gazes across the lake into the Alps. It is arguably one of the most stunning towns in Italy and everyone should visit if visiting Italy. See here for a guide on where to go in Italy for the first time.

Conservatory And Botanical Gardens

Bellagio is famous for its botanical gardens. The conservatory has five seasonal themes - Chinese New Year, spring, summer, fall, and winter. During the Chinese New Year, the display features Orchids and bromeliad flowers, and the animal is the Chinese zodiac animal of that year. On Memorial Day weekend the theme is all American and features the Liberty Bell and American flags throughout the Conservatory.

Even if one is not staying at Bellagio, be sure to visit as the Conservatory is open to the public.

All of this is to say nothing about their luxury shopping with some of the world's best-known luxury brands, their shows, their nightlife, or their many other services. Everything one needs will be right here in the casino and one will struggle to find a reason to actually go out on the Strip!
