Everybody has an equal right to enjoy the rides and attractions, no matter their age.
Disney World is a dream for children but there’s plenty for adults to do there too. Check out these attractions and locations you’ll want to add to your Disney bucket list as an adult.
Party After Dark At Disney Springs
Formerly known as Downtown Disney, Disney Springs is one of the best places in the complex when it comes to after-dark entertainment. Many of the restaurants in the area have their own late-night menus and live entertainment that is only on offer after the sun sets and most of the kids are tucked up in their beds.
Many of the establishments offer adults-only entertainment, including live bands. Certain restaurants also implement a cover charge and dress code after 10 p.m., so you’ll really feel like an adult! Visiting Disney Springs late at night is the perfect way to get away from the floods of kids if you feel like you need a break.
Be sure to look out for The Edison, which doubles as a restaurant and a nightclub, and the super fun Raglan Road Irish Pub.
Drink Around The World At Epcot
Disney is quite strict when it comes to public intoxication, as you can imagine. But that hasn’t stopped guests who are over the age of 21 from partaking in drinking games on the premises. One is known as ‘Drinking Around the World’ and, of course, takes place in Epcot.
The aim of the game is to have an alcoholic drink in every single country in the World Showcase. There are currently 11 countries exhibited, which means that many guests will have to share drinks to avoid becoming too drunk by the end of the game! As PopSugar points out, adult beverages can be quite expensive at Disney World anyway, so it might be a good idea to share regardless.
If drinking games are your thing, there is also an unofficial bar crawl of the Resort Monorail Loop. The crawl visits the bars at The Contemporary, The Polynesian, and the Grand Floridian hotels. Each resort has a selection of bars to choose from and many of them also serve food.

Relax And Rejuvenate At The Disney Spas
Relaxing isn’t the first word you think of when you plan a Disney World vacation. But after a couple of days spent in the parks, a little R&R will be exactly what you need. That’s why the Disney spas are a blessing for any adult visiting the resort.
There are two full-service spas on the premises. One is located at Saratoga Springs and the other can be found at the Grand Floridian. Here, you’ll have access to a full list of services, including skin treatments, facials, and massages. There’s also the option to indulge in a little aqua therapy and unwind in a real spa.
It is recommended that all guests book a reservation at the spas in advance as spaces do tend to fill up pretty quickly. But there are also often last-minute appointments available in less popular time slots during the day.

Indulge In Some Fine Dining
Foodies love Walt Disney World because you can pretty much find any food under the sun. The parks are famous for snacks like turkey legs, rice Krispy treats in the shape of Mickey Mouse, ice cream, churros, and hot dogs. There’s also an infinite amount of comfort food available. But for those who are looking for something a little more high-end, there are also several fine-dining establishments that you can visit.
Called signature dining, the fine-dining restaurants at Walt Disney World always require a reservation, so you’ll have to book in advance. They also tend to fill up quickly, so make your reservation as soon as you book your trip. The signature dining establishments are located in the hotels, the most famous and prestigious being Victoria and Albert’s and the Grand Floridian. A far cry from a pizza and churros joint, the restaurant is the only recipient of the AAA Five-Diamond Award in the state.
