People go from pillar to post using the popular app known as Uber, and while it may be a somewhat controversial form of transportation these days, it's still used fairly frequently around the globe.

Now, according to Uber themselves, we can see which monuments and general tourist attractions were the most heavily visited across 2019.

The Top Five

These are the big dogs that really do demand a lot of attention from your average Uber driver. From 5th to 2nd we've got the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe in Paris, the CN Tower in Toronto and the Freedom Tower in New York City.

The number one attraction, sticking in the Big Apple, is none other than the Empire State Building.

The Exotic Middle Ground

The Golden Gate Bridge resides in 10th place as one of the more breathtaking sights across the entire United States of America. We then move onto Buckingham Palace which is the only entry from London, which makes sense, given that they've had their disputes with the city in the past.

Disneyland in Anaheim takes up 8th spot with Burj Khalifa in 7th and The Louvre in Paris being in 6th.

Taking Up The Rear

We suggest they're taking up the rear but in reality, these landmarks still have an awful lot to be proud of.

The Great Pyramid of Giza starts off in 15th and working from the back we've got The Vatican, The Blue Mosque in Istanbul (which is certainly unique), the Berlin Wall and the always popular Sydney Opera House.
