10 Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress

This resort is near Lake Buena Vista and is only 4.1 miles away from Disney World. Boasting 779 rooms and 46 suites. One of the suites is a bi-level suite, situated on two floors with a bedroom, two large bathrooms, living and dining room, and a private terrace overlooking the lake.

The resort also has a house called the “President’s House” that can be rented out like a hotel room; it has three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. You can also find a 45-hole golf course, tennis courts, a large outdoor pool, spa, rock climbing and nature trails at the resort.

9 Disney’s Polynesian Villas and Bungalows

Also located near Lake Buena Vista, this resort is 4.7 miles away from Disney World and rooms currently start at $515 per night. The bungalow sits directly over the water and includes multiple bedrooms, a bathroom, living/dining space, a kitchen, and laundry area.

8 Disney’s Yacht Club Resort

Just looking at the word “yacht” in this resort name makes it seem like an exquisite place to stay. This Disney resort is a mere 1.5 miles from Walt Disney World and also has a monorail taking you directly to the amusement park. Starting in Fall 2019, the resort will even have a gondola system taking you directing to Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

7 The Ritz-Carlton Orlando

This 5-Star luxury resort in Orlando is 10 miles away from Disney World. From standard rooms, which are 480-square feet and right now start at $328 per night, to the Royal Suites that are 4,293-square feet with four bedrooms (much larger than an average house) and can cost thousands of dollars per night.

Amenities provided by the resort include a 40,000-square-foot spa and salon (massages cost up to $360!), 18-hole golf course, 11 5-Star restaurants, and a 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center. A shuttle is also provided that takes its guests to numerous theme parks, which includes Disney World.

6 Disney’s All-Star Music Resort

Disney’s All-Star Music Resort is one of Disney’s cheapest, with rooms currently starting at just $122 per night. The resort is 3.2 miles away from the amusement park and has a theme of music. The heated pool is shaped like a guitar, a restaurant called “Singing Spirits Pool Bar,” and the food court is named “Intermission Food Court.”

Like the other surrounding Disney resorts, this location has almost identical recreational activities and amenities including a jogging trail, outdoor movies, arcade, grocery service (order groceries from your room and get them delivered to your room) and includes transportation to Disney World.

5 Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort

With rooms starting now at $222 at the Disney Caribbean Beach Resort, it is also one of the cheaper Disney resorts. This location is less than a mile from Disney World, so almost anyone could easily walk there within half an hour. But save your feet and take advantage of the transportation included in the price of renting a room or suite.

4 Grand Bohemian Orlando

Being 19 miles away from Disney World, this resort is a little further away than other resorts, but it’s most definitely worth it. This luxurious hotel has standard and concierge rooms, and also jacuzzi suites and regular suites. All of the rooms have refreshment centers and a curated collection of music playing in them.

This resort has a more “old-timey” look to it than Disney’s other resorts. 2 Four Seasons Resort Orlando

Disney World is just 3.4 miles away from this exquisite resort and it boasts a wide variety of rooms and suites, being able to cater to any guest’s preferences and needs. Rooms currently start at 825 square feet and suites start at 1,000 and can go up to 18,040 square feet if one were to choose to rent out the entire top floor of the hotel.

The resort has a five-acre water park that includes a splash zone, multiple pools, lazy river, interactive fountains and water slides for not only children to have a blast at, but adults too.

1 Waldorf Astoria Orlando

This resort offers deluxe rooms of 448-square feet and suites that range in square feet from 945 to 2852. It has complimentary bus services to the Disney World theme parks that is only 2.2 miles away. It boasts twelve 5-star restaurants and bars, so you certainly should not go hungry.

The resort also includes amenities like an 18-hole golf course, private cabanas by the large pool, a kids club, spa, fitness center, and many meeting rooms.
