Captain Marvel will be joining the rest of the Avengers on Disney Cruise Lines in 2019 as part of the Marvel Day at Sea trips.
If you are yet to see Avengers: Infinity War and don't want spoilers, then look away now. If you are the other 98% of all living things and you have seen Marvel's biggest film to date, then you'll know the MCU has been shaken up a fair bit. Suffice to say, that shakeup isn't done yet.
The follow up to Infinity War is coming in 2019. By that point though, there will be a brand new Avenger, Captain Marvel. Captain Marvel's arrival was teased during the credits of Inifinty War and the heroine will feature in her very own movie before she joins up with the likes of Thor and Captain America.
Before Captain Marvel hits the big screen on March 8th, 2019, Marvel fans will get the chance to meet the newest Avenger. It was reported by Travel Pulse that the comic book hero will be joining Disney Cruise Lines from January 6th, 2019, all the way up until the character's feature-length epic is first shown in cinemas worldwide on March 8th. Captain Marvel will be a part of Disney Cruise Line's Marvel Day at Sea.
She will be in good company too as many of her fellow Avengers are already a part of the cruise. The likes of Loki, Ironman, Spider-Man, and Doctor Strange will also be aboard the liner. The Marvel Day at Sea event gives fans the unique opportunity to have face-to-face interactions with some of their favorite superheroes. There is also a deck show spectacular from the heroes, special merchandise, and themed food and drinks aboard the boat.
There has been an air of change about the MCU over the last couple of years. It began with the introduction of Spider-Man and was furthered by the arrival of Black Panther. The end of the next Avengers movie this summer will likely bring the curtain down on the first chapter of the MCU. As for the second chapter, well, it looks extremely likely that new chapter will be led by Captain Marvel.
