Call Me by Your Name, the 2017 coming-of-age drama about the relationship between 17-year-old Elio Perlman, played by Timothée Chalamet and his father's 24-year-old graduate-student assistant, Oliver, played Armie Hammer, which was shot in the town of Crema in the Lombardy region of Italy, was as memorable for its career-making performances as it was for its breathtaking settings.

Now, fans of the film, which was nominated for Best Picture, Best Actor (Chalamet), and Best Original Song at the 2018 Academy Awards, where it won Best Adapted Screenplay, can explore the beautiful locations seen in the film on a new tour offered by Quiiky, the first Italian tour operator specialized in gay and lesbian tourism.

The journey begins in Milan, where participants will discover Leonardo Da Vinci’s masterpieces and the Porta Venezia neighborhood, the heart of the city’s LGBT community. From there, the tour heads to Crema, in the heart of the Po Valley, where Elio and Oliver’s love story begins, and onto Catullus’ Caves in Sirmione on Lake Garda, Verona, and Bergamo, where Elio and Oliver tearfully say goodbye.

The tour includes eight nights of hotel accommodation with breakfast, as well as guided tours of Milan, Crema, Verona and Venice and entrance to the Aqualux Hotel SPA on Lake Garda, and the Caves of Catullus. It also includes car rental and two wine tastings at the Berlucchi and Amarone wine cellars.

In Milan, guests will stay at the four-diamonds Accor Hotel, which includes breakfast. After touring the artistic wonders of the city, the day will end with a traditional Italian aperitif in Porta Venezia. In Bergamo, visitors will explore the Città Alta, or High City, as well as the Duomo, the Roman Basilica, and the Colleoni Chapel, which displays Tiepolo frescoes. The film locations include the Rosate Square, Duomo Square, and Natural Science University.

A stop in Crema will fully immerse visitors in the film locations and will be followed by a visit to Pandino, Capralba, and Ricengo Lake. In Bardolino on Lake Garda, guests will enjoy the architectural wonders of the San Zeno Church and the San Severo Church and sample the local Chiaretto and Amarone wines. They will also explore the Caves of Catullus, featured in the film. Finally, the tour includes stops in Verona, Desenzano del Garda, and Venice.
