TreeHotel In Sweden

The TreeHotel in Sweden is one of the most unique and interesting hotels in the world. They are much more than treehouses - they are infinitely more interesting than that. They have seven rooms each in the trees - their UFO Room, the Bird's Nest, the Microcube, the 7th Room, the Dragonfly, the Cabin, the Blue Cone.

It isn't possible to go through all these rooms here but each has been designed by different architects. E.g. the bewildering UFO was purposefully designed to be the most unexpected thing one would find in the Nordic forests. A UFO hovering amongst the trees where one can spend the night, not get abducted or experimented on.

The room has been made from high-strength composite material and the interior is designed to be space-inspired with a starry sky in the ceiling. As it is suspended in the trees, one can even feel the UFO move.
  • Beds: One Double and Three Single Beds
  • Capacity: Five People (2 Adults, The Three Single Beds Are Small And Better Suited For Children)

Honorable Mentions

In northern Sweden, there are its famous ice hotels where one can stay in a hotel made of ice. Another honorable mention is one of the famous salt flats in Bolivia one can stay in a luxury salt hotel - yes the hotel is made out of salt and it's prohibited to lick the walls.
