25 Ways Miley Cyrus Spends Her Millions All Over The World

Miley Cyrus has had a long, interesting, and surprising path to superstardom and success. Piggy backing off of the name afforded to her by her famed country singing father Billy Ray Cyrus, Miley found her own acting aspirations. After some minor roles in films like Big Fish, it was in 2006 when she snagged the all important title role of Hannah Montana that turned her into a teen idol and the new face of Disney Channel.  From there, Miley decided to take some steps in her father's shoes and pursue a music career. She has since had multiple chart topping hits.

Of course, every child star has to grow up sometime, and boy, did Miley grow up. Following a career changing live performance where she twerked on Robin Thicke, Miley promoted herself as a wild child character that critics accused of being in the vain of cultural appropriation. After finding about five years worth of success in the world, she reverted back to her country girl persona, which has received just as much criticism as the cultural appropriation did.

Regardless of what character she portrayed onscreen or what color she decides to dye her hair, the money has always stayed the same. If nothing else, the money only grew with each persona change. Born into a wealthy family thanks to her father's success as a country singer, Miley successfully made a name for herself on her own terms, and has afforded a net worth of $160 million. Here's what she does with all that cash:

More often than not, we see Miley Cyrus leave the house with her face painted up. If we had to equivalent Miley's makeup look to any kind of paint, it would have to be a mural, because her makeup job is always flawless.

Of course, it pays to maintain a facial perfection. The price which Miley pays isn't cheap, as reportedly her favorite beauty product is Glow Stick Glistening Illuminator by Marc Jacobs Beauty, which costs $42. Anyone who has once owned a dog - or any pet whatsoever - knows that caring after it feels just like caring after a human member of the family. Especially when it comes to bathing it, feeding it, and buying all of the necessities that a dog needs to live in a household.

Imagine that kind of hard work and dedication needed for caring after a dog, but times 17. That's right, Miley has 17 dogs, and on the side of that, she also has four different breeds of cats and a pig.

Miley Cyrus is notorious for her massive handbag collection. She has a wide assortment of different bags, and honestly, we would be hard pressed to try to find an instance where she rocks the same bag twice.

We've seen her accompanied by a Louis Vuitton Speedy - which costs over $1,000 - a Classic Q Marc Jacobs Hillier Hobo Tote - which might've ran Miley up by $428 - Fendi Zuca Crossbody - $860 - a Louis Vuitton Mahina Shoulder Bag - $4,350 - a Balenciaga Giant Brief - $1895 - a Balenciaga Giant Pompon - $1,545 - and that doesn't even take into account the several others she has to choose from.

She's got a lot of money to splurge on bags!

Everybody loves to party, but if you're a celebrity, you have the privilege to charge a fee for any warranted party appearance. Not to do acting impressions at the party, or even to do magic tricks. Celebs can get paid just for showing up at a party.

Even Miley Cyrus, who charges a fee of $1.5 million at a party. Doesn't matter what she does at the party either. She can just sit in the corner for the whole night for all anyone cares. She still walks out of the party with a brand new million dollar stack in her handbag.

The old saying goes that diamonds are a girl's best friend, but Miley Cyrus always goes above and beyond just settling on basic diamonds. A lot of jewelry is actually gold, and usually comes from either the Chanel vintage jewelry line or the CÉLINE Jennifer Fisher collection.

From the Fisher collection, Miley owns a gold chain with her initials on them. We're not sure how much it would've cost, but products the aforementioned Fisher collection usually range from $500 to $1,000.

Miley Cyrus owns quite the impressive car collection, and we tried our best to reflect how big that same collection is in some of the entries on this list. One of her favorite cars that happen to be on this list is the Maserati Quattroporte. This also happens to be one of the most expensive cars that sit in Miley's garage.

The Maserati Quattroporte in Miley's collection costs more than $100,000 to buy. It's a classic Italian car with an engine that is as lethal as its price range.

For this car, the Mercedes SL500 ran up Miley Cyrus's check book for over $100,000, but we are sure that if we asked her if the car was a wise investment on her part, she would say it was.

With a horsepower of 302, this model of the Mercedes is considered now to be a classic grand touring car. Critics have cited and praised this installment in Mercedes's famed SL series for running smoothly on an amazing engine at all times.

Just like the Mercedes SL500, the Porsche Cayenne also cost Miley Cyrus another $100,000 to buy. In the case of the Porsche Cayenne, we first saw her buy it in 2013, and years later, we still tend to see her driving it around town.

Usually, celebs refuse to be caught dead in public with the same car on more than one occasion, especially when those occasions happen to be several years apart from each other. Miley must really love this one.

The McLaren MP4 12C is by far the most expensive car in Miley Cyrus's collection to date, and it cost her a hefty $130,000.

This McLaren model of the luxury car actually appears to be a fan favorite among the celebrities, as Lady Gaga, David Beckham, Dwayne Wade, Lewis Hamilton, Ludacris, Will.i.Am, Calvin Harris, and Tyler the Creator are other noteworthy celebs to use the model as their own personal whip. We totally get why a car like this would be a must have for anybody.

A year removed from her Video of the Year win at the MTV Video Music Awards - and two years removed from causing a stir onstage with Robin Thicke at the same award show - Miley Cyrus hosted the 2015 edition of the VMAs.

At the end of the night, the host shocked audiences by announcing that her new album - Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz - would drop online at midnight, and would be free on all platforms. We're still shocked she just gave the album away, considering that Miley produced the album independently for a staggering $50,000.

Sunglasses are a celebrity's best friend. They can always be used as the perfect disguise when trying to hide in plain sight from erratic fans and invasive paparazzi personas. Miley is often seen out in public rocking sunglasses, but when she does, she doesn't just buy an old cheap pair of sunglasses.

We have seen Miley wear a pair of Gianfranco Ferre shades that cost her nearly $1,000, and we have also seen Miley in a pair of retro round framed Vintage shades for about $300.

Tents at the local dollar store typically cost about $60 bucks, maybe a couple hundred extra for the fancy ones. Of course, Miley Cyrus is the furthest thing from "typical" and she'll go beyond just getting a typical tent.

In late 2013, she kicked out a ludicrous $25,000 on a tent for her backyard. The tent showcases a Native pattern interior and exterior pattern, and can host up to four people inside at once. We're not sure if it's worth $25,000, but whatever floats Miley's boat is fine by us.

In 2011, Miley Cyrus decided to use her funds to go on a vacation in Costa Rica. Accompanied by her beau Liam Hemsworth, and surrounded by the beautiful atmosphere provided by the land of Costa Rica, this should have been a perfect trip, but for Miley, it quickly denigrated into pure chaos.

On one day of the trip, while boarding a helicopter, she was approached by a fan, but didn't have the time to chat with her. Offended, the fan called Miley an A-Hole, and the two got into a shouting match from there.

Women love to wear hair extensions whenever they deem it to be necessary. For some women, hair extensions are actually more convenient than wearing a wig as it adds thickness and texture to thinning hair in a natural way, whilst also reaching a desirable length.

This is why Miley Cyrus loves her hair extensions, at least we hope she does considering just how much she pays for them. Miley pays a staggering $24,000 to have hair extensions shipped to her from Italy.

A few years ago, often while performing onstage, Miley Cyrus came out wearing a big white fox fur coat. This isn't just any ole fox fur coat, as it was designed by Marc Kaufman Furs from New York City. This coat in particular had to have run Miley about $1,000, and that is only if Miley was lucky enough to catch the coat on sale. If not, the price was WAY higher than $1,000.

Similarly, Miley was once also seeing wearing an LGBTQ-friendly rainbow fur coat.

Chanel is often praised as the best retail store brand on the planet, and Miley Cyrus is just one of the millions of people around the world who are obsessed with them. In 2013, we saw Miley go on such a huge shopping spree at Chanel that she needed multiple personal assistants to help carry all of her bags out of the store.

Since then, we've seen Miley wear a wide array of Chanel products on her persons. We've seen her rocking Chanel handbags that cost over $2,000, and we have even seen her accompanied by a Chanel perfume bottle that cost at least $15,000.

Miley Cyrus loves her shoes, and her favorite shoe brand is Converse. At least we're pretty sure it is, given that she announced back in November that she's cooking up a new shoe line in collaboration with Converse. The shoes will come in all colors from pink to white, come with at least four different features, and will include silver glitter. Prices will range between $50 and $100.

Long before the collab came to pass, Miley was rocking Converse everywhere she went, and has her own personal collection.

Most girls love their nail polish. Most women just splash a bit of glitter or a bright color on them to make themselves stand out, and it's all done at a small price. Miley Cyrus is not like most women, and because she has a lot more money than most women, she spends an absurd amount of money on her nails.

Whereas most women just throw down a couple dollars on their nail polish colors, Miley Cyrus spent a whopping $250,000 on Black Diamond from Azature, which is just a sparkling black polish.

Maybe that phrasing is just a little bit of hyperbole, but it isn't that far from the truth. Miley Cyrus has dedicated much of her time, effort, and money to donating to charitable causes. She has contributed substantially and financially to causes regarding the Make a Wish Foundation, the Lily Ross Foundation, the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center, and countless other organizations.

Perhaps most notably, on the night of the 2013 annual amFAR, Miley donated more than any other celebrity at the gala, giving away $500,000 in one night.

Sometimes, celebrities just need to be left alone and put in a place of solitude away from all of the chaos and stress that comes with the price of fame. If Miley Cyrus needs that kind of solitude, then no wonder why she bought a house in Malibu that's placed basically in solitude. No neighbors except the aquatic fish of the sea swimming in the Paradise Cove Beach near her.

Miley spent $2.5 million on this house, which comes with four bedrooms and three and a half baths.

As a host on The Voice, Miley Cyrus took the chance to mentor one of the competition's contestants, Janice Freeman. After working with and befriending Janice for quite some time, Miley discovered that Janice was struggling financially .

At first, Miley was kind enough to get Janice and her family a place to stay until they found permanent housing, paid the deposit and then paid six months worth of rent on their apartment. Afterwards, Miley revealed her big gold heart by just going all out and buying Janice's dream house.

When Miley Cyrus first decided to move out of her parents' mansion for the first time back when she was fresh off of her success on the Disney Channel, she picked up a mansion of her own that sat on the coast of Toluca Lake - it was also conveniently parked across the street from her parents' pad - and cost her $4.3 million.

Granted, she would sell the spot a year later and buy a new one, but the freedom of having her own place away from her parents - albeit, not that far from where her parents lived - was refreshing for the young starlet and helped prepare the Hannah Montana star for her ensuring adulthood.

Hidden Hills in California is quickly becoming the new Hollywood, as the neighborhood is filled with celebrity residents like Drake, Jamie Foxx, Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, Justin Bieber, and Jaden Smith.

Once upon a time ago, we could have added Miley Cyrus's name to that list of famous names from Hidden Hills, but she recently sold her estate there for $5 million back in January. She originally bought the 5.5 acre horse ranch and vineyard back in 2015 for $5 million.

2017 was the year that Miley Cyrus decided to steer away from the wild child image she spent the past five years perfecting and decided to go back to the wholesome country girl routine that put her on the map.

To highlight that new image, Miley bought a ranch in Tennessee that was befitting of a country girl. It cost her $5.8 million. The house comes with five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a pool, a two story barn, and a mini-golf course. At 638 square meters, this house should be exactly the kind of southern aesthetic that Miley was aching for.

In December 2014, Miley Cyrus founded the Happy Hippie Foundation, which is a non-profit organization dedicated to focusing on helping out homeless youth and LGBTQ youth. Miley was inspired to open the organization following the passing of Leelah Alcorn, a member of the LGBTQ community who took her own life.

By 2016, the organization had funded enough to spend thousands of dollars on meals and clothes for homeless children. Through her organization, Miley has helped serve over 1,300 gender-expansive youths and their families.
