Being Wonder Woman in this day and age of superhero movies left and right is the perfect place for Gal Gadot. She could not be any luckier than to get the role now, because if this film was made 10 years ago, it would not have nearly the same impact as it does now. Wonder Woman is not only a superhero figure or icon, she is also a social and humanitarian symbol of the power of women. Gal Gadot is the spokesperson and the model of this symbol, and she’s doing good so far. She started getting used to attention, fame, and admiration at an early age when she won Miss Israel at age 18, back in 2004. Five years later, a casting choice would change her life forever.

In 2009, Gal Gadot was cast in the film Fast and Furious and this was her first ever film role. She would then have very small roles in three other films outside the Fast and Furious film saga. Then 2016 was her breakout year as she appeared in four movies that year, all very good roles. Triple 9 was a cop-action-drama with Casey Affleck and Chiwetel Ejiofor. Criminal with Kevin Costner and Ryan Reynolds, and the comedy-action Keeping Up with the Joneses with Jon Hamm. But her the film, the one that changed it all for her, was the one where she was cast as Wonder Woman in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. For the first time in a long time, people got to see Wonder Woman on the big screen again. This moment catapulted her name to A-list status, and this is how Gal Gadot lives her life now, her ride and the places she goes to, so check them out.

20 20. Jaguar F Type Convertible

One of Gal Gadot’s favorite cars is the Jaguar F Type Convertible, and this beautiful automobile can be acquired at a price range of $63,000 to $125,000. Jaguar is a British car company that manufactures luxury vehicles. These types of cars are owned by celebrities like Jay Leno and Simon Cowell. The same Jaguar F Type is owned by fellow celebrities Emmy Rossum and The Late Late Show host James Corden. It has an 8-speed shift automatic transmission, 550 hp at 6500 rpm. It has safety features like park assist and blind-spot monitor. We don’t know which one we like more, the car or Gal. Who are we kidding, of course, it’s Gal!

19 19. Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain

Major film productions have a lot of budgets to spend, that’s why they can travel to different locations around the globe to shoot their films and capture that authenticity in the scenes. Gal Gadot’s new film Wonder Woman 1984 is scheduled to shoot in the Canary Islands, one location is on the island of Tenerife. From the looks of the island, it seems that they will be shooting the Amazonian island in Tenerife.

But there’s no guessing what Patty Jenkins will do and how she will use the beauty of the Spanish island in her new film. Whatever it is, we’re sure Gal Gadot will look great in it.

18 18. Fuerteventura, Spain

A few swims away from the island of Tenerife lies another beautiful island in the Spanish Peninsula, it is called Fuerteventura. It’s actually an impossible swim, it’s 345 kilometers east of Tenerife. This is another location for the Wonder Woman sequel. It has a beautiful, long coast with a mountainous background. It’s a panoramic view, and we cannot wait to see how Patty Jenkins will incorporate it in Wonder Woman 1984.

We can almost imagine Gal Gadot or Diana, or Wonder Woman, at this beautiful seaside in an epic scene that would surely captivate the audience. Spain’s Fuerteventura is really a magical place.

In England, there’s a village called Lower Halstow located in the district of Kent. Lower Halstow is a small village in England with a little over a thousand residents. It’s located in the county of Kent, south-east of England. The town was probably used for most of the war scenes and that electrifying moment where Wonder Woman draws all the enemy fire to herself.

16 16. Matera, Italy

Good film locations do the job of making a scene authentic, but great film locations make a fictional place come alive. Matera in Southern Italy was used as Themyscira, the island home of Wonder Woman. The town looks like a place forgotten by civilization, like a city hundreds of years ago was transported to the present. The natural and unspoiled beauty of Sassi di Matera has attracted a few directors, like Mel Gibson for his film The Passion of The Christ. If Gibson’s vision was Judea, Patty Jenkins’ was Themyscira. In the film, they added a few visual effects, but the landscape of Matera is still very recognizable.

15 15. Salerno, Italy

Another city west of Matera, in Southern Italy, is used as the location for Themyscira’s coast. Salerno has one of the most picturesque beaches in Italy and the Amalfi coast is one of them. This breathtaking view was used in the scene where the Amazon warriors were training and young Diana was watching and imitating them above. That view was the Tyrrhenian Sea view from the Amalfi coast. The same view was used when Connie Nielsen’s character Hippolyta was ending her Zeus story and young Diana asked about the god-killer. It was the moment where the audience wondered about that weapon, a common notion in superhero films, but it was extra special because of the amazing view.

14 14. East Sussex, Great Britain - Criminal

Dances with Wolves was one of the best films ever made, this masterpiece was produced and directed by Kevin Costner. They were on location in East Sussex, a county in south-east England. The beach they used was the Camber Sands beach located in the village of Camber. Also known as Camber Sands Holiday Park, it’s a popular beach spot for tourists and locals to spend a nice afternoon of swimming and sunbathing.

This will surely be another convention of yelling and screaming from Justice League fanatics.

10 10. Malibu, California, United States

A superhero also needs to unwind and take it slow, spend time with their family, even Wonder Woman. Gal Gadot was seen in the streets of Malibu walking with her family. She was pushing her younger daughter, Alma, in a stroller while wearing sunglasses and rocking a trilby hat. Her older daughter, Maya, was with her father. Gal’s husband is Yaron Varsano, a real-estate developer, and businessman based in Israel, but was born in Amsterdam, Netherlands. They’ve been married since 2008. The 10-year age gap does not seem awkward, in fact, they look good together. Who could have guessed, Wonder Woman needed a little quality time with her family in Malibu.

9 9. Paris, France

There was a brief scene at the start of the film Wonder Woman, where Diana is walking on her way to work. It’s right before Bruce Wayne sends her the original picture of her and Trevor and their team. This scene was filmed in Paris, Gal Gadot was at The Louvre. No green screen, no visual effects, it’s all authentic. Props to Patty Jenkins, any other director would just do this scene in a studio and slap a big green background and put in the crispest picture of The Louvre in there. But the crew and Gal Gadot traveled to France to shoot this scene that lasted only 25 seconds, but they were crucial seconds that establish the present day Diana and her current standing in the world.

A fictional town called Springfield is the setting for one of the longest running TV shows in America, The Simpsons. Gal Gadot was truly honored to have been a guest in an episode of The Simpsons. The program had just finished airing their 29th season and is currently producing Season 30. Gal Gadot’s appearance will be an episode in the 30th season. Why is this show in its 30th year now and Bart and Lisa are still in school? Maggie seems to have a strange Benjamin Button condition, too.

Gal Gadot and Armie Hammer presented the award for Best Makeup and Hairstyling at the 2018 Oscars. This was Gal Gadot’s first-ever Academy Awards ceremony attendance, and all fashion critics commented that she absolutely blew everyone away with her whole outfit that night. One picture they had with the crowd was a cool one where Gal, Chris, and Patty posed in Wonder Woman’s iconic fight position, along with the rest of the audience in the background.

3 3. Rio De Janeiro, Brazil

A great thing, probably the best, about the Fast and Furious franchise is that they recognized the talents Gal Gadot has. They took her for a ride in three Fast and Furious films, and Gal Gadot was very grateful for the experience. If anyone asks her, she would always say that she is grateful to Vin Diesel for giving her a chance and believing in her. To this day, the two are close friends, often having family vacations together. Gal was able to travel with the Fast and Furious cast and crew to Brazil and its capital city Rio De Janeiro in Fast Five.

2 2. Palm Springs, California, the United States

No award-giving body is too small for Gal Gadot to appear at. In the most recent Palm Springs International Film Festival, she was given the Rising Star Award. Gal Gadot was so happy and so honored and said in her acceptance speech, almost teary-eyed, that she owed it all to Patty Jenkins and then joked that she (Patty) will get tired of her. This was the 29th festival for the award-giving body and Gal Gadot’s first ever award, it was held at the start of the year, January 2nd. She wore a beautifully cut yellow gown that looks simple if anybody else wears it.

1 1. Tel Aviv, Israel

Since becoming an A-lister, Gal Gadot has been living in Los Angeles. But it goes without saying that Gal misses her home country of Israel. Gal was born in the city of Petah Tikva in 1985, but she grew up in a different city. Her hometown is the city of Rosh HaAyin, only 24 kilometers east of Tel Aviv, Israel’s capital city. People always say there’s no place like home, that is true on so many levels. Gal makes time to periodically go back home to Israel, to spend time with family, and to take a rest from her busy schedule, and most probably, to get away from all the attention and just be her old self again.
